Back issues of Marketing Hotsheet are not free. The only reason for this is that other subscribers have paid good money to subscribe to Marketing Hotsheet. And it wouldn't be fair to them if new subscribers receive all the back issues for free.

      In fact, back issues sell at a premium of $3.50 per issue. The reason for charging a premium is providing one more (hidden) incentive to people to subscribe without procrastinating.
